2025 Celebration of Hope Gala

The Celebration of Hope Gala is Common Ground’s largest annual fundraising event! We’re looking forward to celebrating with you, and supporting future effective mental health crisis care at the beautiful Royal Park Hotel in downtown Rochester.

Two special volunteers/ambassadors will be honored with the Kay White Legacy Award. The evening will be filled with warmth, camaraderie and elegance as supporters, sponsors, and volunteers gather to celebrate and support effective crisis care.

Menu (select dinner choice when purchasing tickets):

Chicken: Chicken Rochester with Spinach, herb cheese, roasted red peppers, tarragon mushroom sauce. Served with smashed parmesan redskins and sauteed green beans with baby carrots

Beef: Braised Boneless Short Rib with red wine reduction. Served with smashed parmesan redskins and sauteed green beans with baby carrots

Vegetarian/Vegan: Roasted portobello mushroom, onion, zucchini, yellow squash & eggplant over spinach risotto topped with red pepper coulis

Common Ground, a non-profit agency, was founded in 1971 by a group of students, parents, and community leaders in Birmingham, MI who were concerned about an increase in substance use and the suicide rate among young people.
